Items can take between 7-10 working days (doesn't include bank holidays and weekends) to be dispatched unless otherwise stated on an individual product page. (working days do not include the day the order was placed).
Please note, if payment is sent via a PayPal echeque, the 7-10 working day turnaround time will start from the day that the payment is cleared and not the date the order was placed.
If an order is needed urgently please contact info@hblondon.uk before placing an order and we will advise whether your order can be dispatched earlier.
UK packages will be dispatched using Royal Mail or DPD Local and will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days (doesn't include bank holidays and weekends) of dispatch. A signature may be needed upon receipt of your parcel. If no one is available to sign for the delivery then please either follow the instructions on the card left by the postage company or click on the tracking link in the text/email to arrange either a re delivery or collection.
DPD Local will send a text to the mobile number provided on the order on the day of dispatch. The text will contain a link to the tracking details. Please check the details for delivery updates. Delivery is usually 1-2 working days from the dispatch text. Another text will be sent on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot. If an item is unable to be delivered, it will be held for a limited time by the local depot. If it is not collected in time and is returned to us then you will be liable to pay a re delivery cost of £10.
We are not responsible for any delays with the postage company. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered from date of dispatch. If your parcel has not been received within 10 working days it will be classed as lost and a replacement will be resent.
Products may arrive separately if some items are ready earlier than others.
Please note, any items being dispatched outside of the UK, may be subject to customs charges which the customer is liable to pay. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate on how much this will be before an order is placed.
